Becky Norton
Becky works in Mid Wales as a ECC vets and Clinical Teaching Fellow at the Harper Keele Vet School following 4 years in mixed and small animal practice. Throughout vet school Becky worked as a Student Ambassador for the Royal Veterinary Colleges student recruitment and outreach team. Becky runs the Pre Vet courses and works in partnership with the Welsh Government to provide resources for aspiring vets, farmers, equine nurses and farriers.

Elizabeth Launder
Liz is a senior lecturer on the Equine Science degree at Hartpury College, Gloucester. Liz’s areas of speciality are equine reproduction and equine therapy.As well as lecturing Liz is a consultant equine osteopath for Three Counties Equine Vets and Hafren Vets. Liz works alongside vets on cases of poor performance, behavioural issues, back pain and subtle lameness.

Matthew Launder

Matthew is a first generation farmer and established Launder Farm spring 2012. Matthew runs Launder Farm managing a flock of breeding ewes, pig finishing unit and helps run the equine stud. Matthew was elected onto the Welsh Livestock Board in November 2019; in this role Matthew is involved in generating new ideas and formulating agricultural policy for feedback to government.
